What is the 14 day no quibble money back guarantee ?
This is simply our guarantee to you that you can return any products to us for a full refund if they prove unsuitable for any reason. Please read the notes regarding how to make a return .

How do I make a return?
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.

• If you are not happy with your www.yorkshirelinen.com goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt

•We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

•If returned without original packaging or packaging is damaged beyond repair a £2.00 charge will be deducted from your refund.

• On receipt of the goods returned for a refund you will be refunded the amount paid for the goods and the initial delivery charge (if applicable)

• We strongly recommend you use a courier service such as myhermes or similar to keep costs down or if using royal mail obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

• We will only refund the return costs of postage (to a maximum of £3.95) where the item returned is deemed faulty by www.yorkshirelinen.com.

• Before sending your returns please contact us by telephone or email to obtain a refund authorization number and complete the returns form included with your order.

• Refunds will be made to the card used for original payment and will be processed within 5 days of receipt of returned goods.

Important

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.
All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.
Only replacement Items deemed faulty by www.yorkshirelinen.com will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.
